Wade Taylor
Wade Taylor is a mid career artist from Perth, Western Australia. Working primarily with paint his practice explores issues surrounding Australian identity and landscape, conveying notions of suburbia, nostalgia, and the everyday. With a focus on the materiality of paint and the emotive properties of colour and light, works centre on the familiar yet strange qualities to the contemporary Australian landscape.
