The 'Three Bees'  was a ship transporting convicts to the NSW colony, it was her maiden voyage.  After she arrived at Sydney Cove in 1814 she caught fire and was destroyed. A fire broke out on deck and she was cut loose from her moorings. Her magazine and guns exploded catapulting a swivel ball into the parlour of the newly built captains house. 'Three Bees' was totally destroyed.
